We want you to be 100% happy with your ROVE piece. If you don't love it, you can easily return it for a refund or exchange for any reason!

We want your ROVE piece to fit you perfectly the first time around and the vast majority of our customers are happy when they follow the size guides on our product pages. If you are unsure, ask the ROVE team and we'll be so happy to assist! Together we can prevent unnecessary shipments and lessen the impact on our planet.

 

24 DAYS 
Download your return label and simply post your return at a USPS location within 24 days of your order date.

All return label fees below are in Australian Dollars (AU) however the approximate equivalent in US Dollars is shown.

REFUNDS
Return label fee of AU $22 ( US $14) will be deducted from your refund.

STORE CREDIT
Return label fee of AU $10 ( US $6.50) will be deducted from your store credit amount. Your credit is valid for one year. 

EXCHANGES
At the moment, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a new size, please return for a store credit and use it to make a new order, which will be sent within 1 business day of ordering.

OTHER INFO & CONDITIONS

Returns must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and without stains or odors. You must neatly fold your return to preserve its integrity. We encourage you to return your order in its original compostable bag and satchel.

If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us and we will assist you asap.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.

Sales items, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances except for faulty items. If we receive an item that does not comply with this returns policy, it is ineligible for return and ROVE has the right to refuse it. The customer will need to cover the full shipping costs to send it back to them.

Can I return a preorder item if I receive it after my return deadline of 24 days?
Yes, absolutely! You will be able to start your return within 24 days of when your order was sent from our warehouse. If you can't start your return, just contact the ROVE Team and we will assist.

When will my refund be processed?
Return parcels are processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Once processed, refunds take 0-3 business days to arrive in your account. Please note during busy periods refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed.

Can I return a gift?
Yes you can! When starting your return, click the 'Start a Gift Return' button. International customers (excl. USA), please email us via the contact page.
