All US orders are sent with DHL Express. Orders made before 10am AEDT, Mon-Fri, are aimed to be sent on the same day...all other orders are sent on the next business day (We are closed on QLD public holidays). If your order contains a preorder item, see FAQs below.
Your order is packed by a small warehouse in Brisbane, Australia, owned-and-operated by women.
If you enter your address incorrectly or fail to collect your parcel it could be returned to sender and you may be responsible for the original shipping fee and any costs associated with its return.
Customs Duties & Taxes
US customers are not required to pay customs duties or taxes. If your order is valued over $600, we may split your order into two orders and ship them separately in order to avoid any customs fees.
