Same day dispatch - We aim to send all orders made by 2pm Central Standard Time (CST) on the same day (business days only).
99% of ROVE orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Please note that during peak periods, such as Black Friday, processing times may be delayed by 3–5 business days.
Your parcel tracking information is emailed to you.
If your order includes a preorder item, we’ll hold the whole order until the item is ready to ship.
Preorder timelines vary. Check the estimated time on the product page when you select your size. This time starts from the order date. You can view the estimated timeline of your preorder in your order confirmation email.
You can purchase your ROVE order using a credit/debit card Afterpay or PayPal.
A Black Friday Sale is typically our only sale of the year.
We do not offer discount codes as our pieces are all ethically made from quality fabrics and we prefer to directly offer them at affordable prices year-round.
ROVE can only be found here, exclusively on our website. We do not have any stores or stockists.
To apply your gift card to an order, you can enter the code when you reach the checkout.
Shipping
It depends where you are located. Our warehouse is located in Texas. Your order should arrive within 5 business days of being sent.
No! We ship from within the United States so your order is tariff-free. There are no surprise delivery fees.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, of course! You can easily exchange for a different size or even a different product, or opt for a store credit. We also offer refunds for full priced items.
We want your ROVE piece to fit you perfectly the first time around and the vast majority of our customers are happy when they follow the size guides on our product pages. If you are unsure, ask the ROVE team and we'll be so happy to assist! Together we can prevent unnecessary shipments and lessen the impact on our planet.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days. Please note there may be delays during peak periods.
Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification email. It may take up to 3 business days for your refund to arrive in your bank account.
Only full-priced items are refundable. We offer size exchanges or store credits for discounted/sales items.
