Our Story

ROVE is a consciously made, feel good fashion label for light-hearted holiday feels.

Designed in the relaxed Australian beach town of Byron Bay by founder Carolin, ROVE has quickly gained many fans around the globe. After exploring some of the most beautiful corners of our world, Carolin decided to combine her love for travel and fashion. On a whim she moved from Europe to creative hub Byron Bay, where she captures the essence of an endless summer holiday and transforms it into a gorgeous wanderlust wardrobe with feminine fit and Mediterranean flair.

Production

Carolin works personally with a small, female-run production house in Bali, whose talented team ethically crafts our designs in high quality fabrics. The production team and staff are very close to our hearts and we are incredibly grateful to have built strong relationships with them over the years. Our Bali partner ensures fair wages and safe working conditions, as well as health insurance after six months of employment. During these challenging times we have worked hard to not only keep but increase our production commitments so we can keep supporting them. We have also produced face masks and hospitals gowns which we have donated to local Indonesian organisations and hospitals.

Fabrics & Materials

Each ROVE piece has been mindfully created from high quality, plant-based, eco-conscious fibres like sustainable linen and Lenzing™ Ecovero™ viscose. We plan our production very carefully and offer pre-orders when styles are sold out to avoid overproduction.

We only use minimal, plastic-free and compostable packaging.

ROVE pieces are made to be loved for many summers to come, treat them kindly. Sustainability is also taking good care of what we own.

Giving Back

ROVE regularly gives back and so far we have donated to projects involving girls' education in developing countries, the Australian bush fire relief, protecting the Amazon rainforest and supporting the Indigenous communities there, as well as supporting Indigenous children's education in Australia and donating during India's and Bali's covid crisis.
